It is essential that virtuous communication and a life lived as “ authentic” be encountered by other. For what other options are there?
So it is w art, architecture and landscape architecture. Even if unpopular truth , beauty and goodness must be advanced as responsible to any encounter of thing, other or others patronage of the artist's talents.
The source, and end,of all truth beauty and goodness, of all that exists, is God. We should reference this reality this escatology in our works and our communications w other.
Saying so publicly and privately w tact and love is an authentic and charitable and sometimes sacrificial act.
Doing so may create crosses for ourslves from anyone offended by authentic truth , goodness and beauty or indeed by our hypocracy- not always or ever living by standards professed.
Regardless, We should expect slanderous responses from some, and find solace and gratitude from support others who recognize effort of truth beauty and goodness.
Do not afraid, in efforting to genuinely persistently assisting in making any ‘thing’ or ‘person(s)’ better we will eventually if not in this life then in the next if our efforts are sincere…will l have great reward for our good acts sacrafices, lessons learned and lived. All that is good experienced is from the grace of God.
Crosses can w faith be cherished. Having one or many can predispose one through prayer , sacraments , living faith encounters w the source of All that is truth, beauty and goodness-God. Lessons learned and lived from this encounter with Truth beauty and goodness can benefit self and others.
Android dont become discouraged bybthe heavy lift to be truth beauty and goodness in our work, actions and words. Realize faith is tested when all is going not so well. Are we true, good and beautiful? Translucent w light or opaque. If we are honest and we see some light there can be more w good effort. Truth beauty and goodness can be unpopular , TBG is popular w predisposing oneself and others to what is a well lived life.
The good Samaritan lost time, money, even perhaps some in-authentic friends for his / her authentic act of living “with thier capacity” a construct, a faith, that communicated….”I will help in some way toward the betterment of anything encountered.”
The highest good for those in the arts is assisting in however small the pilgrimage temporal and spiritual of other(s). We can live this by living , communciating, sharing introducing , our encounter of the highest good- God in truth and beauty.
